Return Eligibility

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos. After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically completed within 3–5 business days after approval.

COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Return Shipping

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and the standard return policy will apply.
